During the COVID-19 pandemic, Brookdale Center for Healthy Aging produced a series of articles on work and aging with CWI Labs, the innovation hub of the Center for Workforce Inclusion, a national organization that supports workforce development programs aimed at low-income older workers. The series elevates the national discussion on critical issues facing older workers and emphasizes the importance of creating a supportive and diverse workplace environment beyond the pandemic.
