Social Relations & Caregiving

Strong social connections are important for our health and well-being. The study of social relations includes research on social networks, social support, isolation, and relationships. Caregiving is providing care to someone who requires regular assistance or is unable to care for their own daily needs. At Brookdale, we study how social connections can help people as they age and navigate life’s challenges.
