Dr. Mark Brennan-Ing, senior research scientist, is a member of the NYC DOHMH Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, and Queer (LGBTQ) sub-committee of the Community Services Board. This committee provides guidance and expertise to aid the Health Commissioner and the Division of Mental Hygiene’s Executive Deputy Commissioner in the agency’s commitment to build and improve familial bonds and systems that promote acceptance, ensure safety and inspire success for those in the LGBTQ community, especially those who experience mental health, substance use and/or developmental disability issues. Dr. Brennan-Ing is also a member of the NYC DOHMH Sexual Health Advisory Group (SHAG).
